BEWARE SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS!!!! We are a highly reviewed small family business, that have paid monthly to get leads from Angi for over 10 years. The quality of leads are extremely low for the last two years. We tried to cancel today, and were antagonized and disrespected by the agent (RICK), then charged 885.00 to the card on file just before being hung up on. Their tactics are PREDATORY, they are a large corporation that rewards their agents to SCAM families and small business. A supervising agent admitted this charge goes against their own policy, as the renewal notification emails were bouncing caused by being sent to an invalid email address. But still no refund, just EXTREMELY DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES.
