Hello Your search engine needs to be much more robust it's not 2003 anymore. For instance if I want to do horizontal text versus vertical text think about how a user would search for that with your present layout. You're shortcomings became obvious immediately. Looks Like somebody paid some engineers to put some stuff together, then developed an advertising campaign, then then employed a subscription model and set back and collected the money. They appear to have no interest in supporting the product. And they use clever techniques to prevent from putting in suggestions or complaints online for instance they ask for a transaction ID which is never even provided to you at any point. They also have a process that to submit a complaint you have to be signed in yet when you go to the form to submit a complaint you're signed out of the program and there effectively is no way to get signed in to send a complaint.
