I recently ordered a MiraMate as a gift for my mother. I cannot speak for the device itself yet but the customer service is outstanding. I asked for a European plug but had the device sent to the US first. They sent me 2 plugs for both countries without extra charge. Very kind. The package arrived very fast and well packed. Thank you so much!
