Unauthorized charges and no refund support
Terrible experience. SeaArt charged my credit card $57 USD without my consent on 4th April 2026. I had cancelled my subscription but they still went ahead and debited my card. On top of that, they also attempted to charge $251 USD twice, which thankfully got declined by my bank due to insufficient limit. There is no e-mandate or standing instruction on my card for SeaArt, yet they charged it using stored card details through Stripe. Their refund policy states subscriptions are non-refundable, which is completely unfair when the charge itself was unauthorized. I have raised a fraud dispute with my bank (ICICI Bank), my credit card has been blocked, and a chargeback is in process. I have also emailed their support. but no response yet. Stay away from SeaArt if you value your money. They make it extremely easy to get charged but nearly impossible to get a refund. Worst billing practices I have ever seen.
