Unprofessional Behavior During Consultation Call
Dear's / To Whom it may Concerns, I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding a recent consultation session involving an individual named Matthew in 30 April 2025 . The interaction was highly unprofessional and deeply disrespectful. During the call, Matthew abruptly ended the session without any prior indication or mutual agreement. The way he closed the call was both rude and inappropriate, falling far short of the basic standards of professional conduct expected from a consultant representing your organization. As someone who values respectful dialogue and professional integrity, I was shocked by the dismissive and immature behavior displayed. Such conduct reflects poorly not only on the individual but also on the reputation of the organization he represents.
