My mother booked a ticket with who she thought was American Airlines and it turned out to be this travelopick. Luckily, we were trying to add her ticket to her wallet and discovered it had been canceled. We called American Airlines and they said the first half of the trip had been canceled on the same day. The ticket was created. She then called her bank and disputed the charge. The next day, Travelopick Called her and said it’s not canceled. But guess what it is canceled and we have the proof from American Airlines. And they are disputing the charge back on the credit card. So my 85-year-old mother is trying to deal with this. Total scam. The email came from american.Airlines@… But americanairlines@… is the true correct confirmation email you should be getting. Total scam.
