Floraltrip is using a shipping company that wont deliver to my house
I input my address for my order. I live in a rural area minutes outside of a major City. I explained during my order checkout that I live in a rural area. FloralTrip was happy to take my money and ship my merchandise, but shipped it with UniUni Express. UniUni tracking states "Address is outside our delivery area , contact courier to delivery or the package will be sent back to the supplier". I attempt to contact UniUni and the number has been disconnected. Well it would have been nice to know that Floraltrip is using a company that wont deliver to my house, before I ordered! Floral trip needs to do better to make sure that if they are offering shipping to my house, Floraltrip needs to make sure the shipping company that they are using will actually ship it to the purchasers address. My advice don't buy anything from suppliers that use UniUni Express!.
