Shuttle service is inconsistent
Shuttle service is inconsistent & unreliable. You’re lucky if you get a person to answer the phone half time you call for a pick up. To the owners, your service desperately needs to be improved. When someone calls for a pickup, relay that to the drivers and instruct them not to leave without picking that customer up. Invest in technology that gives drivers customer info so they can contact us for pick up if needed. No one should be left behind. There’s constant miscommunication & lack of care.
