Holy smokes! This experience was 1000% better than directly using Inogen. I purchased my last portable concentrator directly from inogen because I wanted the lifetime warranty that I incorrectly thought only they could offer. My experience with Inogen then was much different than it was a few weeks ago. No one picked up the phone, and I had to leave a voicemail. The gal that returned the call seemed completely bored by helping me and offered very little information about the 2 new models they carry. Out of frustration, I started googling places that sold Inogen. I came upon Oxygen Concentrator Store, and I met Luke. He told me everything I needed to know, and he was kind, efficient, knowledgable, and happy. He has been there a long time which is reassuring, and it sounds like many others at the company are lifers. He even gave me a number to reach him should I have any issues or questions when I receive my concentrator. They took care of calling my doctor for the prescription, and he even called me back later that day to let me know it was approved. I spoke to him on a Friday, and I got my concentrator on the following Wednesday. I was thrilled. It was a wonderful experience, and they have my business from here on out. I HIGHLY recommend!
