Appreciation for my RM Angel.
I have had several interactions over the years with my relationship manager and he consistently delivered on addressing my issues and providing solutions promptly and without delays. I have had some frustrations with the system or the process but Angel was always there to guide me and escalate where escalation was possible . I look forward to another year of interaction with Angel and the Nurp team that I greatly appreciate.
