Atrocius customer service, missing order
I ordered 100 pieces, only received 50. Even the package weight was only 7.24 kg, which is clearly not 100 pieces, so they haven't even sent it. "Customer service" is not responding for the past 5 days on WhatsApp! Order number: #14422 It's like they are out of business? UPDATE: They finally responded on messenger and via email too! Some of the items were not in stock apparently (why the webiste allowed it through, I don't know, and why they couldn't tell me earlier I dont know either), so they changed the out-of-stock items, and today I got a tracking number in email! I recommend everyone to register on their website, that way the tracking number will be automatically sent via email. I will update again, when I receive the order.
