I usually don't leave reviews but I had a Very good experience. You can see a lot of people that had a bad experience only because people always want 100% back if something goes wrong or not as they want. I believe the team is formed from genuine people always trying to resolve each matter for a better outcome from both ends. You people cannot expect things for free or because of a broken zip to get a full refund. What if it was your business and this kind of things happened? Some people make mistakes and want others to admit them. It doesn't work like that. Anyway, as I said, I had a verry nice experience. Indeed their responding time is not like immediatly but once they respond, they will get you sorted. And one last thing, it's your responsability to read terms and conditions, like it is for anything else. It's not their fault people are just ordering before doing their research first. In my instance, I received wrong size and they asked for proof, i offered and they sent a new one, also keeping the wrong size one. So you see... if you have patience and you're a nice human, good things happen. It's a shame because they have so many beautiful dresses and the team looks like they are a family. If you'll trust them and check the size chart before buying you won't have any issues. All the best!
