I had negative experience buying the shoes from stunahome. The delivery time is much longer than it says on their website. The parcel you order comes directly from China. The shoes I ordered are not true to size, one pair was too big another was too small. If there are any issues you have to contact them via email which they will answer every 3 days. It was never possible to sort my problem, I just wanted to return the shoes and get my money back. But that had never happened even after the numerous email. What they offer is a partial refund which does not make sense. I lost my money. Stunahome break the law because by law I have the right to get my money back if I let them know within 14 days after purchase. The shoes are poor quality, wrong shape that does not fit the normal foot, with cardboard insoles! I would never ever advice anyone to buy the shoes from this website. I am very unhappy with the quality of shoes, communication and service of stunahome. For 2 months I wrote 20 emails to them and they still did not return my money. Here is their final answer for my £41.67 refund request. Dear customer, Sorry for keeping you waiting. We have two final solutions: ① Please damage the product. Due to damage to these products, they are unable to function properly. In this case, we can arrange a full refund for you.
