Shipment took two months after numerous delays. They also offered a "compensation pack" of a case and screen protector on their Twitter page for anyone whose shipment took too long, but I never received this compensation pack. When I emailed their customer service, they acted like they were taken aback by me asking for it despite them being the ones who offered it. Here's the message they sent me: "Okay, we understand. Since your order has been shipped, we may not be able to arrange delivery for you (the shipping cost is too high and it is very easy to lose the package, hope you understand). However, if you need, we can add it to your next order, do you think this is okay?" Terrible company. Would not recommend.
