Misleading ads.. MY MISTAKE 🫣
5 stars so far for the customer service and to Jake for his patience and prompt clarification! READ ON FOR MY EXPERIENCE. I registered today and am currently reviewing a specific issue that had caused me considerable frustration. The survey associated with the complimentary 14-day trial is somewhat misleading, as it resulted in a charge of $38.99 to my card due to two add-on features that I believed were included in the trial. I was under the impression that these features, along with the monthly subscription, would not incur any charges until after the trial period, but that was not the case, leading to an unexpected debit from my account. This situation made me feel misled regarding the trial offer, and I was understandably frustrated, especially since the customer service number listed in my email receipt went unanswered. Thankfully, I had already scheduled a meeting with an advisor at the time of registration. Jake was extremely helpful; he clarified the misunderstanding, initiated the refund process, and reinstated my subscription at the basic level, which I originally intended. He informed me that the refund would be reflected in my account within 7-10 business days, depending on my bank. IT WAS REFLECTED WITHIN THE HOUR. I AM excited to see where all this will take me. I will be giving another seperate review of the performance of it at a later date.
