Delay after delay
I filed a claim and they keep asking for the same information time after time, just in a different format. My daughter in law sprained her ankle on the first off-ship excursion on a Norwegian fjord cruise. The drug charge was $69.58 and she's also claiming $500 for the subsequent excursions she missed because of her sprained ankle, all substantiated by the cruise line. The excursions were included with the price of the cruise, which seems to be causing a huge problem.This has been going on for almost 2 months with no solution in sight. Not what I would have expected from a well respected company.
