Absolutely awful.
I purchased 5 items in total, 4 in one order and the 5th in a separate one. Its been almost two weeks, which doesn’t seem like very long, but the part that frustrates me is that the site says they do not ship outside of America, which leads me to believe that its coming from America. It doesn’t. It is shipped thru a Chinese company called Yanwen that is absolutely horrible. They take forever, are not careful with your parcels, and often lose or let your things get stolen. They also do not provide you with the actual locations of your packages OR an estimated delivery date. This company is insanely expensive. I wish I read these reviews before purchasing. I plan to contact both yanwen and unifit and if it isn’t resolved, demand a refund before and if it arrives, because they’ll make you pay to send it back, which will oftentimes cost more than your initial purchase. This site seems to be incredibly misleading and, to be honest, a scam. Theyve been advertising their products to my insta for months, because I like them. I should have known when their comment sections seemed to be filled with bots lol. Id recommend you not to buy these. With my whole heart.
