Be very careful with this site. The redemption process takes an extremely long time, and customer support does not provide clear or helpful updates. I spent weeks waiting with my redemption stuck in processing and kept receiving the same generic responses instead of real answers. If you decide to use this platform, be prepared for a long wait and a frustrating support experience. I would not recommend it based on my experience
