The best customer support!
My Oura Gen 3 smart ring is a brilliant device that has provided me with much useful information. When I contacted Customer Support about a problem with charging the battery I was genuinely amazed and delighted by their help. Because the battery cannot be repaired they offered to replace it with Oura Ring 4 and three months support for free. I think this is very generous and exceeded my expectations. Everything was dealt with very quickly and clearly explained and I greatly appreciate the way it has been handled.
