Customer service was great!
I never received my package, either because it was stolen or misdelivered, so I cannot speak on the product itself yet. But upon notifying customer service of the situation with the package, they handled everything perfectly, from conducting the investigation to filing a claim. The even replaced the missing product so I'm really looking forward to receiving it and trying it out soon!!
