Poor quality, poor customer service. I won't do business with them again. I had to open a dispute against them with my credit card company to get my money back for a return. Definitely don't use Paypal when buying them. Paypal will side with CRZ even when you show the postal tracking confirmation and the approval and return instructions from CRZ.
Clothing is comfortable but you better hope everything fits perfectly because they don't offer a full exchange and returns are cumbersome and all of the burden is placed on the buyer to return, track, show return delivery proof, etc. They act like they didn't receive your returns (even though you can prove it with tracking) in hopes that you will lose the tracking number and have to forfeit the refund. They do a lot of back and forth before they actually give you the return instructions as well. Large waste of time and money. There are way too many other companies that offer a much better experience. I do not recommend and will not being doing business with them anymore.
