Their whole team works to make the process work for their clients and their client's customers
Their whole team has been extremely helpful, from the initial sales process, to the onboarding, and now with ongoing operations and communication. There is an arms-length requirement that a third party review service needs to maintain with it's clients, but they are responsive and receptive when issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction, or when reasonable moderation is called for. We are already more than satisfied, but we haven't even fully utilized their full range of services!
