Do not use this company to book hotels!
If I am ever re-routed to this company again I will figure out how to go to the hotel directly. When I called, I was told I was speaking to the hotel directly, and that was a lie. They were then sneaky and underhanded and booked the wrong nights and then charged me $600 instead of refunding the whole amount. When I called for the third time to have this issue corrected, they claimed that the reason it happened is that I was dealing with an AI agent and I know that not to be true. I was speaking to a human who did this on purpose. I work in AI. This is not in question. UPDATE: They replied to this review that they can't find my reservation and that is also a lie. I have spoken to them on the phone AGAIN and my reservations are very much in the system. Truly reprehensible.
