Avoid this company. The customer service is basically nonexistent. I contacted Evercross support regarding my EK30 bike and provided all the information they requested, including my order number through Decathlon Spain. After that, I followed up multiple times over more than two weeks and received absolutely no response. I also tried emailing all their customer service addresses with no reply whatsoever. Being ignored as a customer after doing everything they ask is unacceptable. If you have any issue or question after purchase, don’t expect help. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Evercross.
