Dishonest at best, scammers at worst
thought id be getting a product shipped from the UK as the URL implies but this is an entirely Chinese company. when I realised as I didn't want to pay shipping and customs duty I tried to cancel order before processing (which took a week on its own) which was ignored. tried to dispute and they said they would refund the item (I have this in writing) but then stopped responding to messages at all the reply below stating they will give a refund is also a lie. they don't know my order number and I have not been contacted about a refund.
