Ordered from them 7-8 times
Ordered from them 7-8 times, normally really good and fast but this latest time I ordered 6M got short changed 1.25M coins + tax losses, eventually ending with me having 4.1M by the "Order Delivered" confirmation. I tried alerting them to this issue about 3 days ago and haven't heard anything. During this time, I had to manually sell cards myself as they would leave my account with cards still on the transfer list. I estimate I lost about 500k from EA tax/ that was never covered, as well as the 1.2M that vanished overnight from my account. I recieved the Order Delivered email which says failure to report the issues within 24 hours will be treated as confirmation that the order was successfully recieved. I've emailed them twice more since this, as well as DM'd their X account, and heard nothing back. I hope this can be resolved and I can be compensated the missing coins ASAP. If so, this will be changed to a 5 Star, as I've had no issues prior to this. EDIT: Changed to 5 star after they have offered to compensate the 2M within 36 hours.
