Faulty and illegal
I bought Mifo earbuds that were faulty from the moment I received them — they constantly disconnected and were unusable. I reported the issue within days of receiving them but have spent months dealing with unhelpful, slow support and no proper resolution. They've refused to refund me despite that being against UK Consumer Rights. Do not buy this product.
