Not for personal purchases
I'd give it a 2.5 if I could but after deliberating between 2 and 3 I concluded two stars was more fitting. The site itself is good, is isn't the clearest but I've definitely seen worse. I don't think the service is particularly deceiving either as in it won't lie to you and it will not outright hide any information. However some important infos do tend to be mixed with long mostly useless disclaimers (please read disclaimers they are important and I have done so don't misunderstand). There is also A LOT of steps while purchasing and it is not always which step you are on. Sometimes they will offer you special services that are pre planned and more secure for less money, or so they claim, but they turn out to be longer to process, maybe safer and 50% of the time the same price as regular shipping if not more expensive. I've had to pay for customs twice for some reason (they may not apply depending on your country personally I'm in Europe) and they are not cheap. I've had to pay 15 for customs on the website and 20€ directly to the courrier (not counting shipping price and the price of the item). On its own, my item was 29€ so that's already 38€ extra just in customs plus 15€ or so in shipping so almost twice the price just to get the product to me. I came to a shipping agent thinking it would be cheaper purchasing directly from the provider in china (which it is, if I purchase it the normal way the item is like 70€) but turns out I was being stupid. It is not the website's fault for the price being that high (or at least o don't think so) but they shouldn't advertise to personal shoppers wanting to buy one or two items as the extra costs are just not worth it and they don't do a great job of walking through that at all. I don't normally write reviews but it seems I'm not the only that has pointed it out yet people still fall to it so I'm hoping my review will make it clear enough if you are considered using this shopping agent. They are not a scam they're simply not for you because MAYBE it gets more worth it if you buy in bulk or something but I've yet to see a reliable source say it. TLDR: Even if they come from China, shipping products should not cost 53€ for a 29€ package of 1.5kg. 53€ is for shipping a whole damn fridge from Portugal to Romania
