Quite simple DO NOT USE!
Quite simple, certain times of day, you get one very, VERY rude operator, thinks he/she runs the company, has the attitude like they do, you can spend thousands with them, and when they ignore simple requests, or deny features in a game, defo do not use. A shame when in his words "Doesn't matter what you have spent with us before" whoever owns the company, you have some VERY toxic people who work the night shift! if it is the owner, defo not using the service again! even closed a ticket when they realised how rude they had become so wasn't any proof of it when i contacted them back!
