DO NOT ORDER MADE TO MEASURE - We used JJ's House for my bridesmaid dresses at my 2025 wedding. We ordered 3 of their made to measure dresses - only 1 dress arrived as per the measurements my bridesmaids provided. The other 2 dresses required alterations to fit my bridesmaids, and 1 was at a cost of more than the value of the dress (it was ~10cm out at the waist measurement). We went back to JJs on this but they only offered a partial 30% refund despite us showing the discrepancy in sizing clearly. - This was extremely disappointing given how many people have said they had brilliant custom service. The dresses are really nice and the option to have different dresses in the same colour is great. If you are considering purchasing from JJ's House, I would just STRONGLY advise ordering the usual sizing (e.g., UK 8, 10, 12) instead of going for the made to measure. Post updated reply from JJs: despite demonstrating the discrepancies in the quality check photos and the actual dress we received, we were still told that our product was "correct" and we could only have 30% back. ~10cm discrepancy is not down to a mismeasurement. The dress was either incorrectly made to sizing or we were sent a dress that did not match the one from their QC photos. - PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE WE ARE THE ISSUE IN THIS SCENARIO AND DO AVOID THE MADE TO MEASURE SERVICE (I'm very confident in being able to use a tape measure)
