This is my second time to complain…
This is my second time to complain about Purehealth. The first time I was billed $221.xx for backing out of the web site. I'm 70 and Fox News had 50 % off. I went to finalize my purchase of one bottle and the next thing is buy more. Good old American greed. I couldn't figure out how to buy one bottle and backed out of the site. Then I noticed later they billed me for the $221. The rude customer service person did refund the money and just changed me for one bottle half off. I had to wait 4 days for my money and Im on a fixed income. Now today i get billed $88. I again called a not do happy customer service person who said I signed up for this and that. Are you kidding me. Again I have to wait for my money to come back. Stay away from these greedy people. Hell for all the trouble they should have gave me the first bottle. That probably cost $5 to make. If it happens again Im going to the Missouri attorney generals office and file a complaint. Enough is enough. Heck maybe i should stop taking them . I dont notice anything different. Wonder what's in there?? Makes you wonder.
