I start to purchase Zing Coach. Then it shows up that, to get full benefits you should purchase an additional body scan which I did, after it shows a meal plan… This is a kind of scan end they lead you to spend more and more. I immediately requested my refund as I didn’t even used it, which the mentioned would do, but for the body scan linked to the zing coach they say that no refund will be issued because this is state in their policy. I only purchased that because I had the primary app. This is a scam and do not make any sense as they are not transparent. Your answer shows the behavior of your company. We are sorry ... just a script why do you refund ad ons to some people and not to me?
