Competitive Price, Great Communication
I started working with Inkedjoy seven months ago after our previous print-on-demand company encountered stock issues. The pricing, like many others have mentioned, is competitive, and the customer service agent, Wendy, has been very helpful in addressing my questions and resolving customer issues. It would be fantastic if Inkedjoy could enhance the design editing platform and introduce more features. Additionally, since our shop focuses on footwear, we hope Inkedjoy will expand its custom branding options. So far, we are satisfied with their service and are planning to expand our product line.
