As a OnePlan client, I've been consistently impressed with the service. I strive to share balanced feedback about my experiences. On a separate note, I believe it would be beneficial for OnePlan to consider adding mental health coverage. I’m very aware that this exclusion is stated in all policy documents. However, given the existing disparities in mental healthcare access, particularly for black women in our country, this addition could make a significant difference and set OnePlan apart as a Health Insurance brand.
