I ordered platinum tape in extensions
I ordered platinum tape in extensions, but I received brown. I get it; mistakes happen, but it makes me feel like a low review that, after reaching out to the company to find out how to exchange them, they said I had to take pictures before they would give me an address to ship the wrong extensions back. I took the photos to show that I had opened the hair, and no one would respond to my email or my genuine address to return them.
