The company has imploded - it no longer exists
All of the most recent 15 posts have given 1-star reviews. The company no longer exists. Current TrustPilot rating of 3.2 is misleading. This company is proof that Trustpilot should offer the option of zero stars. I used the Notion sensors for about 7 years. Suddenly, I received a notification that Notion was no longer available in my area (which appears to apply to the entire planet). The notification advised me to toss the hardware. Instantly, the functionality was lost. Not even an email to thank their customers and to apologize for going belly up! Their app disappeared from the App store. Strangely, their website is still up. What a way for a company to cease operations!
