Kayla - Customer Rep - was outstanding in helping me through a difficult process, even though I have been doing this going on three decades. However, I am upset that the print process for full color, which is normally one day, and I should have had for the 3 day weekend, I won't get until next week. Priority should be given for high $ orders. Thx. John Villescas
