Support is excellent; software intuitive
Support is excellent! I've had several occasions to request support in my 8 years as an administrator. Each time, customer service reps were responsive and each issue was quickly resolved. Additionally, the ease with which I'm able to run reports and email volunteers is so helpful in managing the volunteers.
