Item lose in warehouse but rejected my refund as well
i usually don't complain for small delays..but this is the 2nd time for big delays..did not receive my order, status keep showing processing in warehouse (1 of the helpdesk person told that the item might have lose in the warehouse). Such a big item can be lose? Everyday ask helpdesk but all give general replies. Reject my refund and send a message mentioning will received within 48 hrs but not processing as promise (from 6 May till 15 May (today). I would have given negative star if possible.
