Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience I signed up for a 12-month VPS and was initially impressed — setup was smooth, and I even received a courtesy call from their support team to check in and offer assistance. However, things quickly went downhill. The next day, the VPS froze. I tried to access their control panel to check the status and reboot, but couldn't log in because it requires an email verification — which I never received. I've been in contact with support for two days now, and I still can’t access my account. Unfortunately, support has been unhelpful, and the issue remains unresolved.
