This is a nightmare
I’m honestly so disappointed with this site that I had to leave a 1-star review to warn other sellers. I’ve been selling game accounts here for months, putting a ton of effort into making my listings unique—detailed descriptions, custom bonuses, the works. But there’s another seller who keeps copying everything I do. I’m talking titles, descriptions, even the layout and style of my images—about 95% of my listings. Every time I update my listings to stand out, they change theirs to match within days. It’s obvious they’re just piggybacking off my hard work, and it’s been killing my sales. I reached out to the site’s support team multiple times with clear proof—screenshots showing the similarities side by side, pointing out the pattern of copying, everything. At first, they admitted the listings were “quite similar” but said it wasn’t a full copy, so they wouldn’t do anything. Then they flipped and claimed there was “no similar listing” at all, which made no sense. They kept saying sellers can “reference” other listings as long as it’s not copied word-for-word, but they wouldn’t explain what that means or why this situation didn’t count. Their latest reply on May 16, 2025, was the final straw. They said they “understand how frustrating” this is and that they “carefully reviewed” the listing, but claimed it “does not constitute plagiarism” because it has “enough originality.” Are they serious? The listings are 95% the same—same titles, same resources, same delivery instructions, same everything. They said they’re “always here to support” me, but that’s a lie. If they were supporting me, they wouldn’t let someone copy 95% of my work and do nothing about it. The worst part? Their support is a nightmare. They take 2–3 days to reply, if they reply at all, and lately, they’ve just been closing my tickets without even answering. I waited over two weeks for a response once, followed up multiple times, and got nothing but silence. I asked for a manager to step in, gave them deadlines, and still—nothing. I’ve never felt so ignored and let down by a platform. Note: Don’t fall for their fake apologies and promises of support. They’ll tell you they understand your frustration, but they don’t care. They’ll claim they reviewed your case “thoroughly,” but they ignore clear evidence of copying—like listings that are 95% the same. They say you can report future issues, but they’ll just close your ticket and leave you hanging. This site protects copycats over honest sellers, and their support is a sham. I’ve wasted months fighting this, and they’ve done nothing but let me down. This site doesn’t protect original sellers. If you’re thinking of selling here, be ready for others to copy your work with zero consequences. I’m at the point where I’m looking for other places to sell because I can’t keep dealing with this. It’s unfair, and I’m just done.
