The gift box that came with the item I purchased is damaged
The item I bought came with a gift box. I had the company put the box together and had them put the item into the box. The gift box kit came with the box, the lid and tissue paper. I had a choice of then either sending me the gift box kit with the item or to have them set it up. The gift box is damaged and had to have been damaged before it was put into the shipping box. I would like a new gift box but there doesn't seem to be a way to get it replaced. It comes with the purchase of the item I bought.
