Won't Stop Billing when Account is Cancelled. I cancelled my A-List account in Feb 2025. Got confirmation that billing would stop. However, I realized in April that, even thought the account is shown as cancelled, I am still being billed (~$25 for March and April). Upon seeing this, I sent an email to customer service (because getting a live person is impossible) requesting they stop the billing. Got a generic email response and, as of today, they billed me for the month of May. Stay away from this company!
