The customer service staff
The customer service staff, and especially Melissa and Omar took care of my order that was impacted by a production delay. When I got the shipment notification, I immediately realized the order would not show up in time for my planned event. I contacted customer service via email and they agreed to reprint the order and ship it overnight at no additional charge to make sure I received it when it was needed.
