Casey runs the show and if he hasn’t responded to an email, it’s not because he isn’t working on your inquiry, he’s the only man that is touching every order. Pic up the phone and give him a call and he will update you on the status. Did I have an order delay, yes. Will it be worth the wait, absolutely. I’ll up date this post when I receive my hats.
