No more acid reflux!
I am currently on day 68 of the protocol. I suffered from painful acid reflux for 10 years. Hadn’t slept lying down for one year! After four days my acid reflux was gone!! My hair also stopped falling out at the same time. About two weeks in and all joint and knee pain gone. I had never been a morning person and have been waking up bright and early with energy for the entire day. This program has changed my life in so many other positive ways. Lost 19 pounds of fat and I’ve reached my goal weight! It feels like a dream. It has been so easy for me. The coaching is superb. I will continue using the tools I learned for the rest of my life.
