Customer service is great
Customer service is great, takes feature requests and (if a paid software owner), will help implement those features. This product just works! It can get dvd's ripped that cant even be played in a dvd player and rip without issues! I didn't think this would work so well, but to be able to rip and convert a dvd in the time it normally takes to just rip it is great. Thanks for the GPU encoding option, very efficient and very fast! Thanks again! Have a great day!
