Customer support is poor poor POOR!
I sent 1... 2... 3, 4, 5 tickets in regards to my pseudonym account wrongfully suspended in 15 months and none of them were ever acknowledged! When I finally rant about pseudonym purposes on my main, it costed my main account permanently! Now a year later, no reply to my main account suspension appeal! So hope these guys and everyone else like them go out of business! I am well aware pseudonyms and aliases fall under sockpuppeting, but take a minute to think about this: how would YOU feel if some weirdo got a hold of your personal info or learned something embarrassing about you then used that info against you? Then there's an errand or quest you HAVE to accomplish one way or another!
