Do not order from this website under any circumstance. I placed an order and immediately realized I no longer wanted the item. Within minutes, I reached out to customer service—not once, but ten separate times—asking to cancel the order. Each time, I received delayed, unhelpful responses that blatantly ignored my request. It was as if no one even bothered to read what I wrote. Despite my quick action, they flat-out refused to cancel the order. The item has not shipped for nearly a week, yet they still insist it cannot be canceled. Now, I am trying to return it, which their policy says requires prior approval. Once again, customer service is ignoring me and denying any form of assistance. I have done everything possible to avoid receiving this item, and they are refusing to refund or help in any meaningful way. This company is not only unprofessional—it’s deceptive. The clothes are poorly reviewed for a reason. The quality is subpar, and their customer service is essentially nonexistent. If you have any issue with your order, you will be ignored. Avoid this site completely. It is not worth the stress, the money, or the time.
