I have not received my order
I have not received my order. The very first time I bought from this site, I was very satisfied. However, the most recent, second time I bought contacts off this site, I had little notice of the delays in shipment and ended up not even receiving my package. I contacted the customer service team, and they said that they would send the same contacts for free for the inconvenience. They did ship out a new one but the shipping updates haven’t been updated, and I have yet to receive this order. I’ve been waiting for two months. I can’t even contact the carrier either because of the language barrier.
